What skills and experience we're looking for

The school of Professional & Community Learning is looking for an enthusiastic and flexible person to join our team as an Hourly Paid Lecturer to teach our Spanish courses.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the necessary skills to plan and deliver Spanish courses along with teaching and supporting students with their progress; an excellentknowledge of Spanish and experience teaching is essential.

The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have an excellent understanding of grammar and the passion to pass this knowledge on to our students of all ages.

You will teach from beginner level to pre-intermediate level learners at our Hemel campus.

The closing date for applications is on Sunday 23rdAugust 2026.

This is a fixed-term position commencing in September 2026. The end date will be reviewed annually, taking into account course enrolment levels and ongoing demand for the programmes within our local communities.
