What skills and experience we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who

• Brings energy, commitment and creativity to their work
• Builds positive relationships and works well in a team
• Has a minimum of a Level 2 early years education and childcare qualification (NVQ 2, or equivalent) as seen as full and relevant by the DFE, and a commitment to obtaining further qualifications as appropriate.

Woolavington Village Primary School is seeking a motivated and innovative Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to give support to children, individually, in groups or as a class (under the direction of the teacher), so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.
