HGV Class 1 Drivers

Ready for a Class 1 driving role with no handball, consistent weekday work, and pre-planned routes?

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join a well-established company based in Colwick, Nottingham.

This role involves trunking palletised goods, completing up to three collections per shift on planned routes.

With no manual handling involved, you can focus on what you do best – driving safely and efficiently.

With a maximum of three runs per day, you'll benefit from a structured workload, straightforward routes, and clear expectations throughout every shift.

What you'll need

A valid Full UK C+E (Class 1) Licence

Digital Tachograph Card

Driver CPC qualification

Must be aged 21 or over (insurance purposes)

Previous Class 1 driving experience in a similar role

Ongoing, consistent work is available.

Your working week will be Monday to Friday, with start times between 07:00 and 09:00.

Shifts typically last 10 to 12 hours, with 50 to 60 paid hours per week.

You will earn £15.00 per hour, with the opportunity to accrue up to 28 days' paid holiday.

There is also the option to earn £18.00+ per hour through an umbrella pay scheme.
