About You We are ideally looking for someone who: Is a Registered Nurse (NMC) Has previous experience working in general practice Has experience or a strong interest in diabetes care and other long-term conditions Works well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Is friendly, reliable, and patient-focused Working Hours & Salary 2025 hours per week (days and times negotiable) Salary competitive and dependent on experience
