Business Manager

Our client requires a Business Manager to join their successful sales department in the Chingford area. Working for an Automotive Dealership, the successful Business Manager will become an integral cog in this reputable Brand.

Benefits

• Basic salary of £35,000
• OTE up to £50,000 (with earnings potential)
• Company car included
• 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week
• Most Saturdays are working days, with Sundays always off

Duties of a Business Manager

• Oversee and support the sales process while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
• Coach and mentor the sales team to improve performance and customer experience
• Drive the department’s results through structured planning and effective communication
• Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and support with accurate reporting
• Work closely with customers, building trust and ensuring they receive a smooth, professional journey
• Contribute to a positive, motivated environment where the team is encouraged to perform

Requirements of a Business Manager

• Recent experience in a Business Manager role or Sales Controller position
• Stable employment history with a consistent career background
• A strong track record of engaging with customers and coaching others
• Comfortable operating in a role that is not purely transactional or admin focused
