5-day, 41-hour week with weekend work on a rota basis

8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday; 10:00am to 4:00pm Sunday

Duties of a Car Sales Executive

  • Develop and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service
  • Sell new and used cars, ranging from electric city cars to SUVs, alongside accessories, add-ons, and finance/insurance products
  • Keep customers informed of vehicle delivery status, managing expectations regarding potential delays
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Collect payments and process vehicle handovers
  • Explain warranty and after-sales service options
  • Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement
  • Use the latest sales techniques and technology to optimise performance as a Car Sales Executive
  • Build and sustain excellent customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Requirements

  • Recent or current experience in franchise-approved car sales is essential
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills
  • IT literacy and familiarity with modern sales systems
  • A genuine passion for automotive sales and brand representation
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Results-driven attitude and commitment to excellence
