Aegina Technologies is a growing precision engineering company based in Havant, manufacturing high-quality machined components for industries including aerospace, defence, subsea, medical and high-performance engineering.
Due to continued growth and an increasing order book, we are looking to recruit a CNC Machine Operator to join our new late shift team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in manufacturing. Whilst previous CNC or engineering experience would be an advantage, it is not essential. We are looking for the right attitude and commitment, and full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role
You will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines, ensuring production runs smoothly while maintaining the exceptionally high quality standards expected by our customers.
Your duties will include
• Operating CNC machinery following training
• Loading and unloading components
• Carrying out basic dimensional and visual inspections
• Following engineering drawings and work instructions
• Recording production information accurately
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
• Working safely and following company procedures
• Producing work to a consistently high standard
