18-Month Fixed Term Contract

£38,000 – £45,000 DOE

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced environment in Barnsley on an 18-month FTC project.

This is a key role supporting site leadership and driving people initiatives, with a strong focus on employee relations and

organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert HR support across all employee relations matters

* Lead on complex ER cases, ensuring best practice and compliance

* Support and deliver complex change management, including consultation processes

* Partner with site leadership to drive engagement and performance

* Coach and support line managers on all HR matters

* Support wider HR projects and site continuous improvement initiatives

About You

* Proven HR generalist experience at Advisor/Senior Advisor level

* Strong employee relations background (essential)

* Experience managing and implementing projects such as shift pattern changes and org design.

* Experience supporting large-scale HR change programmes (highly desirable)

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other sites as required

* Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills

* Able to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
