About this role
· To assist with care and support of the Residents with their personal care and social activities.
· To encourage and help promote the quality of life according to needs as identified in a resident’s personal care plan.
· Supervising a team of support workers including doing supervisions
· Working with lots of different people including adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health conditions and older people.
