The post holder will ensure

(1) development and implementation of service strategies and business plans/cases, (2) operational effectiveness and efficiency, (3) budgetary control, (4) performance against national and local targets/key performance indicators/outcome measures, (5) the delivery of activity targets and the maximisation of savings and income, (6) contract management with other partners and third-party providers, and (7) responsibility for appropriate licenses and registration with regulatory bodies.
