About this role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust for an Audio Typist/Transcriptionist.
The post holder is expected to provide day to day support with the typing of audio clinic letters. To also support secretarial and administrative colleagues with the typing of admin and result letters and also to oversee the investigation log. To also complete admin tasks after typing letters e.g. sending referrals, communicating relevantly with secretaries.
- To provide a comprehensive typing support and administrative support to the consultants and their clinical team.
- To also complete admin tasks after typing letters e.g. sending referrals, communicating relevantly with secretaries.
- To support secretarial and administrative colleagues in meeting departmental objectives.
- The post holder will have advance audio typing skills
- The post holder will update the investigation log adding and removing investigations.
