As a team of Operational Control Centre Coordinators, you provide 24/7 operational cover and oversight for International Removals, working with multi skilled colleagues you will coordinate movements from start to end of process to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Role Responsibilities
-Reviews timings against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-As a team of Operational Coordinators provide 24/7 operational cover and oversight for International Removals.
-Assists in decision making on jobs, advising and instructing relevant parties accordingly.
-Monitors jobs in progress and provides a back-up/alternative solution for any issues or delays.
-First point of contact for customers, stakeholders and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
-Correctly escalating and updating the Operational Control Manager of any incidents that may occur.
Person Specification
-High energy and personal resilience - a can-do approach.
-Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to see new and innovative ways of working.
-Personal skills such as negotiation, problem solving and the ability to build sound professional relationships.
-Ability to become security cleared via a Home Office Counter Terrorist Clearance (CTC) check.
