We're recruiting for an exceptional Pastry Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a stunning luxury property in the North East.

The Role

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering desserts, afternoon tea and pastry offerings across the hotel, working closely with the senior team to ensure consistency and creativity in everything that leaves the kitchen.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to continue learning, develop their skills and be part of an ambitious, quality-driven kitchen.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a minimum 4-star hotel, luxury property or AA Rosette restaurant.

A genuine passion for pastry, desserts and quality ingredients.

High standards of presentation and attention to detail.

A positive attitude and desire to learn and develop.

Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, professional team.
