We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Tutors to support learners across Andover. Referrals are available for learners from Early Years to 18+, with both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your availability.

This role is ideal for tutors who are passionate about delivering personalised education and making a meaningful difference through 1:1 support.

As a Tutor, you will

Provide 1

1 tuition in core subjects (English, Maths, Science) and/or Functional Skills

  • Deliver engaging, personalised learning sessions tailored to individual needs
  • Support learners with a range of abilities, needs, and learning styles
  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches where required
  • Work in homes, schools, or community settings, depending on each placement

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working in UK schools
  • Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths and/or Science
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching (schools, intervention work, tuition centres, or mentoring)
  • The ability to build positive and supportive relationships with learners
  • A reliable, organised, and confident approach to working independently
  • A current enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
  • Flexible full-time or part-time work
