Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) – Up to £28,700

What You’ll Need
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Working knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach
- A reliable, caring approach to early years practice

- Support children’s care, learning, and development within the room
- Deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Encourage active play and outdoor learning throughout the day
- Build positive, professional relationships with children and parents

- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and quality standards
