The Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for

-Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team

-Designing fresh, seasonal menus that drive covers and repeat business

-Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards

-Managing GP, stock control, ordering and labour costs

-Ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

-Working closely with the owners/management team to grow the business

-Creating a positive, professional kitchen culture

About You

We are looking for someone with

-Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up

-A passion for fresh food and delivering standout dishes

-Strong leadership and kitchen management skills

-Excellent knowledge of stock control, margins and kitchen systems

-Calmness under pressure and high personal standards

-A hands-on, team-first attitude
