Portsmouth based, PO6

Up to £37,500 dependant upon experience, plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), paid lunch break, pension, life

About the Role

As a Kit Cutter / Material Controller for UPCS you will be responsible for preparing the composite kits. You will be a proactive

collaborator, keen to get involved.

As part of your key responsibilities you will

* Be responsible for the supply and control of cut kits for laminating as per the work schedule

* Be responsible for stock control and storage of composite materials

* Adhere to all quality standards

* Digitise templates to provide accurate kits

* Identify and implement efficiency gains

* Liaise with the material buyers and ensure a clear understanding of stock is known by all relevant parties

About You

We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this

role!

* 5 years Composite kit cutting experience OR a similar role

* Experience with Zund and Blackman and White Kit Cutting machines

* Experience of handling composites materials, its out life and its correct handling

* Ability to work independently, to be self- driven and able to set and monitor own goals

* Competent use of Microsoft suite
