Business Administration Apprentice (Apprenticeship)

About this role

You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to help coordinate facilities services, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations. The role involves regular communication via telephone and email while maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the administration team with reactive requests, quotes, and scheduled tasks

Maintain weekly tracking reports for various events and activities

Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Manage the shared mailbox, responding to or escalating enquiries where appropriate

Handle routine enquiries from customers and suppliers via phone and email

Support diary management, including coordinating meetings for the team

Maintain accurate information on internal systems and databases

Help ensure facilities services are coordinated effectively across multiple UK sites
