About this role
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Sheet Metal Worker to join our client in a busy factory.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Hours are 0800 to 1730 Monday to Friday
Pay is £12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operating CNC Brake Press, Guillotine, and TIG/MIG welding equipment
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Fabricating and assembling sheet metal components to specification
- Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and within deadlines
Requirements
- Previous experience in sheet metal work is essential
- Proficiency in operating CNC Brake Press, Guillotine, and welding equipment (TIG/MIG)
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
- A team player with good communication skills
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
