About this role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chair of Governors to lead our governing board and support the continued improvement of our school.
This is a key leadership role, working in partnership with the headteacher to provide strong governance, ensure clarity of vision and direction, and champion high standards for every pupil.
As Chair, you will guide the board’s work, foster effective relationships, and ensure robust oversight of safeguarding, finance and school performance. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, sound judgement, and the ability to build trust and collaboration.
