Production Operative (Light & Heavy Duties Available)

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing environment, with roles available across both Light Duties and Heavy Duties. This position operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern, offering variety and consistent hours:

Week 1

7:00am - 3:00pm

Week 2

3:00pm - 11:00pm

Workers are booked daily by the client, with strong potential for the role to develop into a permanent full‑time position for those who demonstrate reliability, good performance, and consistent attendance.

✅ Light Duties Production Operative

Ideal for individuals looking for a role with lighter manual tasks and a steady work pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Bottling and labelling fresh juice products
• Packing finished goods into crates
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene on the production line
• Supporting general light production tasks as required

✅ Heavy Duties Production Operative

Suitable for candidates comfortable with regular manual handling and heavier tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lifting and moving crates of fresh fruit and product containers
• Feeding raw materials into production machinery
• Loading and unloading pallets and assisting with deliveries
• Supporting warehouse tasks and stock movement
• Following all hygiene, health, and safety procedures
