Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Housekeeper, based at our estate in Egerton Forstal. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across the estate, including guest accommodations and event spaces. Daily tasks include cleaning rooms, managing laundry services, restocking amenities, and ensuring a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests. The Housekeeper will work closely with the team to ensure the highest level of service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

Proficiency in laundry and maintaining cleanliness standards

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

Excellent organisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure guest satisfaction

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus

Includes weekend work
