Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in care homes or receiving home care services. The ideal applicant will possess excellent. communication skills, be organised, and have a genuine desire to help others. We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide support in the main areas we work in.

Billingshurst, Wisborough Green, Loxwood, Ifold, Plaistow, Pulborough, Ashington and Storrington.

Schedule

● Week 1 - Monday to Friday 8am - 2pm

● Week 2 - Wednesday to Sunday 7am - 2pm & 4pm - 9pm

Duties

● Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and

mobility

● Assist with medication

● Support individuals with their care plans, ensuring their needs and preferences

are met effectively

● Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance wellbeing

● Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to organisational policies

and procedures

● Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care

● Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times, following health and safety

guidelines

● Assist with light domestic tasks within the care environment, including cleaning

and organising personal spaces.
