Role Responsibilities

-Carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard in allocated areas

-Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in line with COSHH guidelines

-Maintain equipment, report faults, and ensure safe storage

-Follow strict hygiene, contamination control, and waste management procedures

-Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, GMP/GxP standards, and company procedures including MyLearning

-Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cleaning stores

-Report hazards, incidents, and near misses

-Support team with flexible cover when required

-Follow instructions from Team Leader/Management

-Complete logs and documentation accurately

-Maintain highest cleanliness standards in controlled environments

-Adhere to SOPs and contamination control practices

-Ensure full compliance with PPE and documentation

-Conduct routine equipment checks and report issues immediately

What we're looking for

-Ability to communicate and read basic English

-Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential

-Flexible and proactive approach to work

-Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude

-Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
