The Role
We are recruiting for a Catering Assistant to work within a secure government site in the Milton Keynes area.
This role requires a high level of reliability, professionalism, and adherence to strict site procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with food preparation and service
Supporting daily kitchen operations
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Following all food safety and allergen procedures
Requirements
Previous catering or kitchen experience preferred
Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Good communication skills
Essential Compliance Requirements
Right to Work in the UK
DBS check required
Food Safety Level 2 certificate
Allergen Awareness knowledge
Ability to pass security clearance (BPSS level)
