A private family is seeking an experienced and compassionate visiting carer to support their 94-year-old father with daily living activities and personal care. The client is looking for a warm, kind individual who can provide emotional support and help them feel safe and understood whilst maintaining their independence at home.
Key responsibilities

The carer will visit the client's home and undertake the following responsibilities
- Manage and administer medicines
- Support with hygiene and toileting needs
- Household tasks including cleaning and laundry

The client is experiencing mobility issues and has recently been fitted with a catheter. Until now, they have been living independently and managing well at home.
Work environment

Smoke-free and pet-free home.
Working pattern
==========================
10 hours per week, consisting of one hour in the morning and half an hour in the afternoon, seven days a week.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Care Quality Commission (CQC) mandatory training
- Care Certificate
