HGV 2 HIAB Driver - Aldershot | £17.50 per hour | Weekly Pay.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established builders merchants based in Aldershot, for an experienced HGV 2 HIAB Driver to provide holiday cover.

This is a great opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for flexible, ongoing work, with 2-3 days per month available and the potential for regular monthly shifts.

The Role

• Working as an HGV 2 HIAB Driver completing deliveries to both local and long-distance locations
• Typically carrying out 3 delivery rounds per shift
• Operating HIAB equipment safely and efficiently using ATLAS cranes and joystick controls
• Delivering building materials to trade and residential sites
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• UK Driving licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card
• ALLMI licence (essential)
• Proven experience as an HGV 2 HIAB Driver
• Experience operating ATLAS cranes and joystick systems
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
