About the Role

As part of our front-of-house team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and ensuring every guest has a warm and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant
• Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team
• Process bills and payments efficiently
