An opportunity hasarisen for a full time(37.5 hours)Health Care ClinicalSupport workerwithin the In-patientPhysical rehabilitationbased at Prospect Park Hospital.

Oakwood is a nurse led community inpatient hospital with 24 beds. We are a very friendly team with In-House doctors, Nurses, health care assistants, Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Multi Therapy assistants.

The role will be based in the Oakwood inpatient community hospital which aims to support patients in increasing rehabilitative goals and functional abilities during a short stay to enable them to return home.

We are looking for dynamic and motivatedstaff, whocan provide effective communication skills, a flexibleapproachand an ability to work under pressure, both as part of a team and independently.To ensure patient safety ismaintained at all times.Fulfil the role ofHealthcareClinical Supportusing a Competency Tool applicable to this role.
