We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a high-performing kitchen team within a unique, luxury hospitality environment in rural Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pastry chef who thrives in a creative, fast-paced setting and takes real pride in producing exceptional desserts, breads, and patisserie.

What you’ll be doing

-Running your own pastry section with confidence and consistency

-Preparing and presenting high-quality desserts, baked goods, and plated dishes

-Contributing ideas to seasonal menus and development of new concepts

-Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety

-Supporting junior team members and helping drive standards across the kitchen

What we’re looking for

-Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up

-A genuine passion for pastry and attention to detail

-Ability to work under pressure in a busy, quality-driven kitchen

-Strong organisational skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
