Working Hours

Standard 40-hour week

8am – 5pm (Monday to Friday) – no Saturdays!

Flexible start/finish

7am – 4pm available

• Some staff work compressed days (4 x 10 hours)
• Flexible working hours available if required

Salary & Career Progression

Basic salary

£34,000 – £41,700 depending on experience

Bonus potential

up to £12,000 OTE – past examples include £2,500 monthly bonuses for top performers!

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Vehicle Technicians, ideally Level 3 qualified
• Strong practical skills and a proactive attitude
• Level 2 qualified technicians with solid experience will also be considered
