  • Work closely with Design Engineers to ensure CAD outputs meet technical specifications and programme requirements
  • Produce fully detailed drawings compliant with aerospace standards, company procedures, and configuration control requirements
  • Participate in design reviews and respond to engineering change requests
  • Resolve CAD-related issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable
  • Ensure all drawings and models are correctly released through document control systems
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and data integrity while meeting project deadlines

  • Solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and controlled design processes
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within engineering teams

Desirable Experience

  • Experience managing engineering changes / DCNs
  • Background working with metallic components
  • Exposure to rubber mouldings or vacuum forming processes
  • Experience supporting NPI programmes from concept through to production
  • Previous experience within aerospace, aviation, or similar highly regulated industries
