Outpatients Manager (Ashford and Canterbury)

JOB PURPOSE The post holder will be responsible for the management and delivery of high standards of effective patient centred care, demonstrating achievement through quality and performance indicators. The role requires close and continuous working with the outpatient clinical team and Consultants to ensure the outpatients service is responsive and supportive of the performance, efficiency, and quality objectives set by the Spencer Private Hospitals (SPH). To be responsible for the provision of high-quality individualised care to patients prior to surgical procedures Promote Health and Well Being for patients and their families.
