About this role
The post-holder is an experienced Nurse/AHP who, acting within their professional boundaries, participates in the treatment and management of liver disease. You will demonstrate a robust, contemporary knowledge of the management of liver disease and will have an understanding and experience of conducting research. Based at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, the post-holder will (having demonstrated adequate competence) work independently in satellite services across the county. This is a developmental role with a clear strategy for training. You will work on occasions autonomously but within Trust and NMC/ HCPC policies, protocols and guidelines. The post-holder will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making, high levels of critical thinking and holistic practice as well as a thorough knowledge of EASL, BASL and NICE clinical guidelines.
