Graduate Cover Supervisor

We're working with a network of secondary schools across Basingstoke and nearby areas, offering opportunities for graduates to step into Cover Supervisor positions.

No school experience? No problem.

This role is all about your presence, your communication, and your ability to take charge of a room. Everything else - we'll help you with.

Think of yourself as the person who keeps things moving when teachers are away.

You'll be

• Leading lessons using structured, ready-to-go materials
• Keeping students focused and engaged throughout the day
• Handling classroom behaviour in a calm, controlled way
• Following each school's systems and routines
• Updating staff on how lessons have gone

This isn't just a stop-gap job - it's a chance to test out a career path.

You'll also develop skills in communication, leadership, and adaptability - all of which are highly valued in any career.
