TELE-SALES EXECUTIVE

Oakhouse Foods is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves contacting existing and potential customers, promoting our range of frozen meals and food products, and driving sales through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote Oakhouse Foods products

Handle inbound customer enquiries and process orders accurately

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Update customer records and sales activity in the system (e.g., SAP)

Inform customers about new products, offers, and promotions

Resolve customer queries and provide a high level of service

Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
