£13.71 per hour

**Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 months**

About the Service

Willows a 6-bed supported living service supporting female adults with learning disabilities, autism and down syndrome. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going to the cinema, theme parks and bowling helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and coordinating a team to deliver safe, effective and high-quality care. You’ll support the manager and act as a role model, always ensuring best practice and a positive team culture.

You’ll

Promote independence and help individuals achieve personal goals

Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered

Support with care planning, risk assessments and compliance

Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing

Monitor quality, safety and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

Essential

Understanding of learning disabilities, autism, ABI or mental health needs

Knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding practices

Strong organisational and communication skills

A positive, resilient and proactive approach

Passion for delivering high-quality care and leading by example

Desirable

NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care

Experience with electronic care planning or rostering systems

Understanding of CQC and regulatory requirements
