About this role
Responsibilities Carry out detailed assessments of service users needs and develop tailored packages of care Apply evidence-based practice and introduce innovative approaches when appropriate Use clinical knowledge and skills to formulate, implement, and review care plans Maintain therapeutic relationships and collaborative partnerships to ensure effective service delivery Offer support, guidance, and leadership to support workers and new team members Participate in staff recruitment, deployment, and management in line with SABP policy. Lead on developing, maintaining, and auditing service standards Ensure care planning aligns with evidence-based practice, policy, and risk management Maintain compliance with trust policies, standing orders, financial instructions, and confidentiality standards Promote a healthy, safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment
