Annual Salary from £24,500 to £30,000 (Dependant on experience)

HRGO are working in partnership with a leading Commercial team who are seeking an experience Commercial Parts advisor for their team.

Summary

We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our dedicated team in our Commercial garage at our Basildon site dealing with LCV & HGV parts ordering.

This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support in their vehicle maintenance needs.

As a Parts Advisor, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality automotive services aligned with our core values.

Responsibilities

-

Selecting and ordering vehicle parts with professionalism and courtesy.

* Returning parts to suppliers timely.LCV & HGV parts ordering

* Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels efficiently.

* Collaborate with the service team and workshop controller to ensure timely availability of parts.

* Provide expert advice on parts compatibility and usage.

* Process sales transactions accurately using dealership or workshop systems.

* Ensure excellent communication with suppliers and internal customers.

* Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the parts department.

Qualifications

-

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry.

• Commercial LCV & HGV experience.

* Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

* Proficiency in Microsoft software systems.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Knowledge of vehicle parts and maintenance procedures is preferred.
