What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!)
As part of the Optalis team, you'll be a key player in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and neurodiversity. Your role is about enabling, not doing!

Willingness to work a varied shift pattern (which will involve weekends and bank holidays).

Must Have Wheels
For many of our Support Worker vacancies, a full, clean UK Driving Licence is highly desirable to ensure our customers can access the community and achieve their goals.
