Bodyshop Estimator

Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Bodyshop Estmator to join their business based out of their Bracknell Dealership.

With great technical knowledge and an eye for detail, you will personally oversee the repairs that you are responsible for to ensure the highest possible standards are achieved. Knowledgeable and professional, you’ll work in your team to achieve the Body shop targets, delivering excellent quality to the customer and without compromising time or safety.

This role would be ideal for a Bodyshop Estmator or Vehicle Damage Assessor who is looking to grow their OTE in one of the UK’s most prestigious brands. Out client would also look at a Senior sales executive who has experience deal stacking and is ready for the next step.

About the role

• Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates using Audatex or similar estimating platforms
• Ensure customers fully understand repair processes, costs, and expected timeframes
• Schedule and coordinate repair work to maximise bodyshop efficiency and utilisation
• Liaise closely with the Parts team to ensure materials and parts are available to avoid delays in paint or strip work
• Maintain regular contact with customers, insurers, and engineers, providing updates on repair progress
• Track and manage all estimates through the claims process and ensure required approvals are obtained before work begins
• Monitor repair progress and oversee jobs to ensure repairs meet quality standards and are completed right first time
• Maintain accurate records and update the customer database with work carried out
• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and identifying additional repair opportunities where appropriate
