We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker with our brand new young client in Hailsham.
When you'll be working

Term time
Saturdays and Sundays (5 hrs each day) - 10 hrs a week

Non term time
increasing to 16 hours, and to include weekdays
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
What you'll be doing
This role is to support our brand new young client, an 11 year old boy, out in the community at the weekends. Our client has autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, epilepsy and displays challenging behaviour. You will be working alongside another support worker at all times as all the shifts are 2:1.
We require a driver (full UK drivers licence) to drive the clients vehicle.
What you'll have
- Full UK drivers licence
- Passion for working with children
- Previous experience with challenging behaviour
