About this role
To support individuals in their own homes with daily living, offering personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene), household tasks (cooking, cleaning, shopping), medication reminders, mobility help, and crucial emotional support/companionship, all while monitoring well-being, maintaining records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to promote independence and dignity. Must undertake a clear DBS check and have own transport. Set days and hours, same patients and small supportive team.
