About this role
To support individuals in their own homes with daily living, offering personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene), household tasks (cooking, cleaning, shopping), medication reminders, mobility help, and crucial emotional support/companionship, all while monitoring well-being, maintaining records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to promote independence and dignity.
No experience required as full training will be given. Must undertake a clear DBS check and have own transport. Full time position with set days and hours, same patients for continuity and small supportive team.
