Balfour Winery is known for award‑winning English wines, stunning vineyards, and unforgettable guest experiences. As we head into our busiest season, we’re looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer‑focused individuals to join our summer team to assist on the bar and in the restaurant. What you’ll be doing

Welcoming guests and delivering exceptional customer service in the restaurant and bar

Assisting with summer events, including outdoor dining, live music, and private functions

Helping maintain a clean, organised, and inviting visitor environment

What we’re looking for

A friendly, positive attitude and confidence engaging with visitors

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially on busy weekends

Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn

Previous hospitality or customer‑facing experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided

Applicants must be 18+ due to the nature of the role
