What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and embedding SEN strategy at all school levels
  • Managing EHCP assessments, reviews, and key statutory processes
  • Leading targeted interventions and provision mapping
  • Developing staff as SEND champions via training and continuous support
  • Liaising with families, external agencies, and the local authority
  • Ensuring rigorous SEND record-keeping and progress tracking
