What You'll Be Doing

Designing and embedding SEN strategy at all school levels
Managing EHCP assessments, reviews, and key statutory processes
Leading targeted interventions and provision mapping
Developing staff as SEND champions via training and continuous support
Liaising with families, external agencies, and the local authority
Ensuring rigorous SEND record-keeping and progress tracking
