With an emphasis on efficiency, customer service, and consistent supply, a leading player in the wholesale and retail sector. This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £30K to £55K OTE, depending on your level of experience.

Preferred Requirements

Proven experience in fresh produce buying and selling, with a strong understanding of grower and customer relationships

Expertise in managing stock levels, conducting daily quality checks, and coordinating goods in and order placement

Ability to identify new suppliers and prospects, ensuring a diverse and competitive supply chain

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with growers, agents, and customers

Passion for delivering high-quality produce and exceeding customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant experience in the fresh produce trading industry, with a deep understanding of the market dynamics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise stock management and drive operational efficiency

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, early-morning environment, with the ability to provide weekend cover when required
