About the Role

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will

• Deliver engaging, creative and well‑structured lessons
• Support pupils through the EYFS to Key Stage 1 transition
• Create a warm, structured classroom environment that promotes independence
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive teaching team

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience within EYFS, Year 1 or Key Stage 1
• A warm, patient and enthusiastic teaching approach
• Good understanding of phonics and early reading strategies
• A positive, flexible attitude and commitment to pupil progress
