Cladder

Bridgeman Recruitment (Agency) are currently seeking experienced Cladders to work on a range of commercial and residential construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing external cladding systems safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Duties & Responsibilities

Installing various cladding systems including rainscreen, composite panels, and metal sheeting

Fitting insulation, brackets, support rails, and façade systems

Reading and interpreting drawings and site specifications

Measuring, cutting, and fixing cladding materials

Operating hand and power tools safely

Working at height using appropriate access equipment

Ensuring all work complies with site health & safety regulations

Working collaboratively with site management and other trades

Completing snagging and finishing works where required

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Cladder

Valid CSCS card

IPAF/PASMA advantageous

Ability to read technical drawings

Good knowledge of health & safety procedures

Own tools and PPE preferred

Reliable and hard-working attitude
