Oxford Course Facilitator

About this role

We are seeking a confident and engaging Course Facilitator to deliver our Know Your Worth programme to groups of teenage girls across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

This is a delivery-focused role, centred on facilitating sessions directly with young people and supporting partner organisations to run our Know Your Worth course effectively. There is also an opportunity to support the delivery of training sessions for professionals alongside the Know Your Worth team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver the Know Your Worth self-esteem programme to groups of teenage girls in schools and community settings

Facilitate engaging workshops for partner organisations and youth groups

Adapt delivery style to meet the needs of different groups and settings

Build positive relationships with schools and community partners

Support the coordination of session bookings across Oxfordshire

Complete basic administrative tasks linked to programme delivery

Occasionally assist with established training sessions for professionals

Help with social media posts to share about Know Your Worth (time-permitting)

About You

We’re looking for someone who is

A confident, engaging facilitator with experience working with groups of young people

Passionate about supporting teenage girls to grow self-esteem

Able to connect with a wide range of audiences in a warm and supportive way

Organised, reliable, and able to work independently

Comfortable travelling across Oxfordshire and nearby areas

Desirable

Experience in youth work, education, coaching, or community facilitation

Experience working in schools or with teenage groups

Familiarity with safeguarding in a youth setting

Full driving licence
